HEre's what you need to do: STALL STALL STALL.

The fewer people they can call, the less productive they are. The less productive they are, the more money they spend for the same results.

Meanwhile, they reach fewer potential voters and donors. If even 10% of the people they call were to stall, it'd make a dent in their returns.

Ask tons of questions. Keep that person on the line with you as long as possible.
