I was in the phone survey industry for 8 years- looking at their website, it looks like they work only the phones, they probably don't write the phone scripts. By all means, call or email, but I doubt you'll get much response.

I don't expect you'll actually be able to find out who hired them to do the push poll, but I'm sure you can speculate...

This is just like the place I used to run- they've got 20 or 30 bored phone interviewers getting minimum wage, reading their scripts, sitting next to a bunch of other phone interviewers doing surveys about detergent or diet soda. The people above them are just number crunchers who make sure the phone people are dialing X numbers per hour; the folks running the whole place probably have no agenda at all other than making money.

It's their clients who are the ones who wrote the script; one of the reasons I quit the industry was my disgust about being a part of this crap.

Again, not excusing their behavior, but OAC is just doing what they're paid to do. Phone houses just make the phone calls.
