I would ask these "concerned" people if they are so "concerned" about the people of Minnesota, and why aren't they flooding the airwaves with the call for Norm Coleman to drop his challenges, which will keep Al Franken from being seated ...

1. Coleman has every right to make the legal challenges he is making no matter what we think.

If it were the other way around we would claim that Franken would have every right to make legal challenges. If Burris comes back with both of the signatures he needs, then he should be seated and it has nothing to do with "mean old Harry". Hopefully, soon, both of these cases will be settled.

Yes, it is hypocritical of him, but he still has the right to do it. Go through the process required by MN law and then Franken can be seated.
