1. Listened earlier this PM. Learned things I did not know.
It was a thoughtful, revealing interview about Kerry, who is is and what has shaped his life. He talks about his early life living in Germany right after WWII, when his father was in the foreign service, about his service in Vietnam, and his anti-war efforts when he returned home with the Vietnam Veterans against the War and his testimony before Congress as a young man.

He also talks about his wife and when they met and talks about her life and what kind of person she is. Teresa has led a remarkable life.

Highly recommend your listening. Great interview and great questions from viewers who called in on this New Hampshire public radio show.

3. Supremely entertaining and candid, I loved it
I thought Kerry got off to a real heart-warming start when he says to the hostess, "I was pudgy?" I laughed sincerely when I heard that. It felt like a real candid, non-political interview that would help any person feel a lot of appreciation for Kerry. I didn't know he grew up for some years in war-torn Europe. I actually only listened to half of it, I'm really looking forward to the next 30 minutes.
