Iowans weeding the Democratic presidential field

DYERSVILLE, Iowa (August 17, 2:51 p.m. PDT) - Two massive motor homes, decked out with "On the Road to the White House" banners, pulled up to the baseball diamond where the 1989 movie "Field of Dreams" was filmed.
As 19 members of his extended family trotted onto the field last Tuesday afternoon, Sen. Bob Graham of Florida squinted at the immaculate white farmhouse and cracked, "It's the right color, for sure."
Then he shook the hand of farm owner Don Lansing, who described his farm-turned-tourist attraction as "a small, simple and serene place to dream your dreams, and there are a lot of dreamers out there."
Lansing was talking about the 60,000 people who make a pilgrimage to his farm every year, but he could have just as easily been referring to Graham and the other eight Democrats who are running for president.
