Inspriation (me on Kucinich basically feel free to add your comments)
I am only 16 years old and I think this man inspires me the most of any candiate in my life time. He has made many couragous stands on issues that I believe in. I am not here really to talk about issues but I will mention them but I will explain why for this Kucinich supporter its not just issues. Mr. Kucinich was born in October 1946 in a poor family, he lived in a car often, yet Mr. Kucinich has worked hard and became a city councilman at 23, and mayor at 31. I also would like to say he has a terrific work ethic, he has an outstanding record of being in attendence to vote. Of course issues are what attracted me to him but its that and others that help too. Ive noticed also that Kucinich can have a good wit. He also brings up the past and wants to use it as a guiding point for the future. He's so right on the issues like the death penalty, high tech weapons systems, health care, you name it, and yes I know he was once anti choice but you know he was no hypocrite, he never supported the death penalty, or cutting aid to those mothers, or unjust wars. I dunno know about you guys but hes the progressive cancus head and hes been in congress since 1996. I think he deserves to be mentioned more in the press too. Of course issues attracted me to him but its not all, and this man gives me and others hope, and I am glad I am not alone. Kucinich says like FDR 70 years ago that we must never be afraid, and they are right. May the blessings of all mighty god be on him and the campaign. I am looking forward to addressing President Kucinich. Its gonna be a rough road and tough bridge but we will cross it with pride and triumph.

1. I feel that he is the only one that can be anywhere near the level that
FDR was on.

3. John you are one of the people I credit for my support of Kucinich
I did not start out that way, but now realize he is the candidate I can endorse fully knowing he is closest to my beliefs. You and a few others here have been posting pro-Kucinich and getting rebuffed with the "he's not electable" nonsense. I kept reading about him due to you and other DUers, now I support him. Thanks.

4. well it feels good to know you helped someone choose
Thank you for rough for joining our team, I dont know who to thank for me being a Kucinichite either Dennis himself, a DUer, or my heart, it was all three I bet. He is such a great guy really, people were mad at him for giving Dean hell at the AFL-CIO debate, maybe Dennis was a little wrong in his tactics, but the fact that Dean would consider that makes one very confused, its interesting really Dennis has been fighting for us all along, he is a fighter and he is the people's fighter. He gives me such great hope I tell you rough the dem heroes of the past I think have their candiate in mind all ready and its Dennis :) sorry if I am being silly but I want someone who fights for what the people.

8. go to opitions and avatar or somethin like that
Its a hard battle, and theres a thread right above us with some bashing. Christ allmighty I am sick of being told that Kucinich supporters bash Dean there is a difference between being critical and bashing and I am afraid some cant see that.

6. gonna be poetic here
dreaming to dream thats what I am about
I still remember December 12
the day we had it stolen
Al Gore has withdrawn

but whats this I now see someone unique
hes a passionate man and is dead on about the issues
he says the stuff I say
his name is Dennis Kucinich

For its not just issues with me and Dennis
but a respect for a man who chose principle over corporate rule
a man who was a poor kid but always was rich at heart
a man who comes to work nearly every day to vote on bills

I may not have grown up poor but we have much in commom me and Dennis
an ancestry in the balkans and the emerald isle
a heart condition that ruined our high school athletic careers
I see

For I support this man with my heart
thats what it is all about
thats what it has always been about for me
I cant wait to see him president

9. John...for only being 16 you are a wise soul...
I greatly appreciate all your positive Dennis posts & threads...I say good for you!!!

It is vital to put in as many positive vibes as we can these days...this world has enough negativity. The only way it can change is if we change the way we look at it and waht we believe.

I believe all things are possible and see no reason why we can't get DK elected. We are the ones to turn this world around and waiting for someone to do it for us...well it'll never happen...but with DK -he inspires us all to be the best we can be and change the tiny piece of world we inhabit.

You are right in recognizing he is a very special man....we need DK ...some of us are more aware of it than other .:)

Keep up the good work JohnKleeb!!!
Peace and :loveya:

that the webmaster and co-chair of Minnesota for Kucinich is also a high school student? He posts here under the name "wheresthemind."

16. I was just going to mention that
Our "wheresthemind" is going great guns for Dennis, and in addition to doing to webmaster duties, masters the digital camera, and has provided meeting and TV watching facilities at his home.

Dennis appeals to me because I think the difference between Republicans and Democrats boils down to two things: Republicans are the party of "Me First" and Democrats are the party of "Everyone First." To me, no other candidate shows me what it looks like, what kind of affect you can have, and what it really means to believe in making the world better for everyone in order to make it better for ourselves.

14. John, you are an inspiration, too.
Dennis gives us hope. That's why we support him. You give us hope, too. Too many Americans are cynical, jaded, and have lost hope. The next generation of voters can help change that, and you are a leading the way.

17. Your generation is the future
It is really something to see how Kucinich inspires the youth. Supporting Kucinich brings out the best in all his supporters and they can be proud that they are on the right side.
