My 2004 predictions and a question...
I'm increasingly of the mind that there will either (1) be no election in 2004 or (2) Bush will steal it again.

This is purely hypothetical but lets say either of the two happens. What will YOU do?

1. No election?
That is ridiculous. There will definitely be an election. I really don't think anyone is going to be stealing any elections. I know that this view is unpopular but I'm really not sure who won in Florida. It could have been Gore, but it also could have very possibly been Bush.

2. naw, i agree
truthfully, i don't know who won. that's why i supported the recount. but i'm not about to say that gore absolutely positively without a doubt won florida. i just think that the state of florida should have been able to determine who won without five supreme court justices arguing that the lower court violated "civil rights," which is something that scalia, thomas, renquist, and to a lesser extent kennedy and o'conner don't care about. while i don't know who should have won florida, i think gore wasn't given the chance to find out. now, we'll never know.

3. I agree that Bush could steal it again.
As we speak his minions are devising ways to fix the next election. No matter who would have really won in Florida, the election was fixed there and I don't think even a recount would have taken care of all that was wrong there. I'm curious how you think there could be no election in 2004. I think that would take a catastrophic event.

4. There will be an "election"!
It is very important that Bush has the illusion of an election to make himself appear to be legitimate, which he is no way so!!!

6. No election? Ridiculous...
Like the rset of the world will stand by as the president of the most powerful nation blatantly undermines the democracy his nation is built upon.
