He is now the kinda sorta frontrunner.

4. Did you notice he never had to mention Kerry's name?
Even though Judy desperately wanted him to directly attack Kerry?

6. How the heck is he "crushing" Kerry?
If anything, he's making Kerry look good because Dean is so arrogant.

7. By making him look like
the obfuscator that he is.

By pointing out that kerry uses bushes numbers to make his points. By pointing out that kerry is tryiung to be all things to all people. By standing up to kerry's bullshit from yesterday and making him look like the fool that he was trying to use the repugs lines in yesterdays MTP

8. dean is kicking ass in a big way
Edited on Mon Sep-01-03 03:01 PM by comradebillyboy
dean came across as a winner to me. he did not savage kerry or any other dem. but he has immense confidence, thinks well on his feet and in my view is the most impressive candidate ive seen since clinton. besides it looks like he is moving toward the center now before most voters are really aware of him. by spring no one will be calling him an extreme liberal. better change his mind sooner rather than later.

i also could support kerry, clark or graham without any regret. but dean is now at the top of my list. dean-clark could be a super ticket.

though the polling data indicates Kerry is getting stomped.

11. Ok, Let's Look At This Statement
"Dean Crushing Kerry on inside politics now!"

My god this man has what it takes!

This seems to underline a trend I noticed in several Dean supporters. They seem more interested in Dean's ability to attack than his ability to lead.

12. hahah you show yourself here
They seem more interested in Dean's ability to attack than his ability to lead.

He was responding to your guys attacks and laying waste to them. not attacking your guy.

But hey you will always see dean as attacking Kerry even when dean is defending himself against Kerrys BS pub lines wont you?

13. or maybe they are interested in his ability to both attack and lead
It makes me feel much better knowing that my candidate can take care of himself.

14. I am glad Dean is defending himself against this
But I think a better title could have been chosen...like "Dean counter's Kerry's claims about taxes" or whatever. I know I've posted some purpsely inciteful things over the last day or so, but it was done to show what was wrong with some posts that were being made and make a point, not to encourage Dean supporters to behave the same way. Please see DrFunkensteins post to Kerry supporters.

18. On the title
You are probably right. I could have done a better title. But quite honestly i have snapped. I am sick of the garbage posts here. The Kucinich attacks Dean thread was fresh in my mind when I posted it.

I saw Funks post and quite honestly it comes a little late for me. I have been going back and forth with funk for weeks now over petty crap regarding dean. Like the difference between Entertain and support.

I made the decision after reading his post to give it two days. If the BS doesnt stop from him and others then its full frontal asault as far as I am concerned. Kerry is a walking time bomb waiting to be ripped to shreds. I have refrained from doing so for a loooooong time now because I felt he was a true contender and didnt like it when it was done to my candidate no matter how petty. But after the MTP interview yesterday I realize he is politics as usual and has no chance in hell against bush. Not to mention he is attacking Dean totally dishonestly. My raising taxes on the rich are rollbacks but deans rollbacks on everyone are TAX HIKES ! WTF??? your a friggin spin miester sir and im sick of spinmiesters.

Gah I am so angry at this point! I dont know that i can stop myself but in the spirit of his post I will try at least for a couple days to see how it goes.

20. Here's how I see it
Mostly one individual (at least moreso than anyone else) intentionally sets out to wind up Dean supporters. After awhile, people get so sick of it they react badly. Then people like Funk starts reading all the frustrated posts from Dean supporters and he gets sick of it and reacts. Then Dean supporters get even more frustrated and the cycle continues. To be perfectly honest with you...if the DU admins would just ban this one individual who is quite clearly trying to be disruptive it would resolve damn near 75% or more of the bashing and division among people on here.
