I am recalling there are states that if AWOL doesn't have the 9/11 SHOWTIME convention before that date, then he wouldn't be on the ballot unless the individual state changes the law. Mississippi and California come to mind. Does anyone have the outcome on this?

I have not heard anything about this, however I am sure the states will change it. They should not but Bush & Co. are above the law, so they will.
