Carol Moseley Braun on Responsible Gun Ownership
In case you missed it, Braun was asked about gun laws during the CBC debate in Baltimore. She said she favors national gun laws, and provided as a reason the problem of illegal gun sales and the easy transport of guns across state lines.

This has been her clear and firm position for eons. As she told the Coalition to Stop Gun Violence:
I have consistently maintained that responsible gun owners have nothing to fear from reasonable gun controls. I have a voting record on these issues spanning twenty years, from the Illinois Legislature to the U.S. Senate. I will continue to work towards reconciliation on this issue in the interest of public safety.

You can read more about her record and her views here.
