Edwards...Up to the Challenge
>>Americans have the worst of both worlds: an administration that has not done enough to strengthen our domestic security but has done far too much to isolate us in the world.<<

I think that is a great quote. Here is the rest of the article:

3. Little off subject..but intresting info
Last week when he rejected running for the Senate, I posted on the board, that I thought he knew what he was doing..some information that helps me to prove my point.

North Carolina,Republican Congressman Cass Ballinger, In a phone interview told me that President Bush- and some of his GOP allies cobe headed for political trouble in North Carolina if the White House dosen't do a better job on addressing the economy.

skip
"In 2000, North Carolina gave Bush one of his biggest (wins, with a 13-percent ponit margin against then-V.P. Al Gore)."

"I,m a strong supporter of George Bush, but I,m practical (about how Bush's record on the economy could help elect Democrats to Congress).I was a minority member (of the House) for eight years and I don't want that to happen again."

" I approached (Bush political adviser) Karl Rove at the presidential picnic in June and told him that they better pay more attention to this (jobs issue) or (Rep.Richard) Burr (the GOP's likely Senate nominee in 2004) is going to have trouble

5. Edwards has a fabulous gift of articulating policy ideas in a
cogent, user friendly way. Kind of reminds you of the Big Guy, no?
