How come no Dem has never publically challenged the SOB to a debate at "high noon" for the whole world to see? Now that would be something to watch.

What would be the point? He's a gasbag on the radio, not anyone who actually has a job to do. The Limbaughciles would never be converted anyway.

A few years ago, Pigboy did actually sit in with some others on talk shows and got his lardass trashed. He's rather wisely decided his schtick works better when he's alone, and there's no one handy to call him on his bullshit. I suspect the main reason his TV show tanked was because no one wanted to watch him sit alone in a studio pontificating with only the occasional agreeable guest in a mutual ass-kissing frenzy.

15. Actually, he already did get embarrassed on nat'l TV

Don't any of you remember when he filled in for the Tonight Show and a old black lady scolded him when he was walking around in the crowd with a microphone? The whole audience started chanting and heckling Limbaugh so bad, they had to evacuate the whole studio and he did the rest of the show w/an empty place. He was clearly shaken by the whole event. It was awesome.

Then there's the time that Letterman made fun of him and asked him "don't you ever just sit there and wonder to yourself, 'am I full of nothing but hot air?'" or something to that effect. People were laughing hard, but he wasn't.

I'm sorry for you if you missed these two great moments in TV history. I regret that I missed Al Franken's dismantling of O'Reilly on C-Span's coverage of a LA book fair. It's the cause of the Fox failed lawsuit against Franken's latest book.
