Can we run cartoons as political issue ads?

Anybody here who's not familiar with Mark Fiore's work should check him out. They're pretty funny political cartoons. If you like his most recent ones, you'll like his older ones in the archives even more. I think some of them are pretty hilarious. Somebody should really think about licensing these and running them on TV (just kidding...sort of)!

For the record, I think Michael Moore's a bit too self-righteous for me sometimes. You have to be careful when you start to appear to be claiming to "speak for" the working man. His stuff's very funny sometimes, but there's just a bit too much of bitter anger there for me. I prefer Stewart's "Daily Show" type humor or Al Franken. But we definitely need more humor out there...conservatives provide so much material to work with!
