i have felt like this for years,since late teens which was around the time of clinton impeachment thing. i just have to pay attention or know what is going on with politics. it doesn't really end. but you learn how to handle things and actually not to take things so seriously all the time. i say it's better to stay informed and staying wanting to be informed than just be totally out of it and not know names of candidates running.
