What ever became of the Bush ballot issue???
Remember when there was a little noise over the Repukes having their Convension/9-11 Exploitation so late that Bush would not be able to be on the ballot in some states? What ever became of that?

1. Alabama quietly made an exception for Bush
I don't know what happened in other states, but I would guess it's the same.

2. Most states have changed their deadlines
The follwoing states changed their ballot deadlines:
Alabama
Delaware
Idaho
Utah
Viginia
Maryland
DC

In two states that don't have specific deadline for the ballot, but have an early deadline to tell counties, the Secretary of States have asked for their legislatures to amend the law
California
Illinois

Legislation is still pending in
Indiana
West Virginia
