I wish the media wouldn't treat this like an actual feud. This is obviously a light-hearted little "fight" that people have over teams. Evidence: ""Even Dean's "bloggers" - supporters who post Web logs on the Internet - are having fun with the controversy." - johnkerry.com. But the way the media reports it, it sounds so vicious and petty.
BTW, I love the Red Sox, but don't really hate the Yankees. Yes, they spend so much money, but there is, or was, something magical about that core group that dominated in the late nineties, like Jeter, Brosius, Martinez, O'Neill, Rivera, etc. Now, it's watered down by guys like Giambi, who make the team excellent, but are not "Yankee" Yankees, if you know what I mean.
