Personal attacks to posts that are negative about Dean
I would really appreciate it if the Dean supporters on this board did not immediately resort to personal attacks whenever anyone posts anything critical of their candidate.

Although it occasionally happens in threads about other candidates, it is almost certain to happen in a thread critical of Dean.
When I criticize another candidate, I don't get called a Freeper or a Repug or other derogatory names. But if I criticize Dean, I get it every time. And so do others.

Two things happen when you do this. First, we assume that the flamer is fourteen years old because the attacks are so juvenile. And second, we are hardened in our critical view of Dean. We are not less likely to post critical posts about Dean, but we are sure unlikely to post positive ones. Who wants to be on the same side as fourteen year old flamers? And if you are not fourteen, stop the juvenile flaming, you ought to know better.

2. Please give sources for your statements on this issue.

I just looked back and did a search on your posts. It is obvious you are not a Dean fan. Now, could you please provide links where people called you the above names? I would appreciate it very much.

That post didn't get deleted, but the answer did. Seems like a double standard to me.

3. Saw one yesterday, or the day before
Going back and forth with another poster, uable to do more than attack. The other poster was providing links for his assertations, and an intelligent argument for each one. It ended with a tombstone for the Dean supporter.

10. Find it please.
I believe that the person doing the attacker actually caused the Dean supporter to be banned. That is really really sad, isn't it?

Could you provide the post so we can see how it played out?

5. that racism charge was really weak
I'm not a Dean supporter, and I'm hispanic, and I think you're probably wrong about that comment.

Especially wrong was your certainty about it. I could see if you were looking to find out if anyone saw it the same as you, but obviously you didn't care, there was no doubt in your mind.

12. I have not seen it, post links so we can decide for ourselves
I mean sometimes people deserve to be flamed. I find it more productive when posters post replies right in the thread they are upset about--or at minimum post links with the complaining new thread.

When DUers just post by starting a new thread with no supporting documentation (as you have done) it seem like flame-bait itself.
