Many wealthy contributors in Hollywood and elsewhere make contributions to more than one candidate. Sometimes they give because they want the candidate to win, sometimes they give because someone they like asked them.

It means more when they appear with them (Mimi Kennedy going to debate with Kucinich) or host them (Larry David for Edwards) or of they only have one candidate and they use their name and influence.

But you know, I've heard that these "celebrity Dems" give money all around. So you know some that give to Dean also give to Kerry and Clark etc.
