13. I'm a Kucinich supporter, 30 + +, and why not

do a poll to see how the over-30 support breaks down, too? Maybe 30-45 and 45 + ? I'd be interested to know how many people have voted in more than one or two presidential elections. It seems that DU is picking up more and more younger posters and has lost some of the older ones. Or maybe I just feel old because I learned that most people in this country were not yet born when JFK was killed. Just how did THAT happen while I wasn't looking?

16. JFK? You think that's bad?
I was out with a couple friends last night and met a friend's new beau. I knew the new guy was much younger, but... we got to talking about "old times" (1980's to us) and the new boyfriend says, "The first memory I have outside of my family is the Berlin Wall coming down."

Challenger explosion? He wasn't yet a year old.
Reagan shot? His mom was still in junior high.

I was ready to check into the senior center. :)
