What is the difference between CNBC & MSNBC?

What is the difference between CNBC & MSNBC? |
|
I get two channels which belong to NBC but cannot figure out which is which.
I know CNN has two channels, one for headline and other for general news and CSPN has 3 channels for different subjects.

but not MSNBC. It appears to be mainly a financial channel like Bloomberg.

They are all the same ownership. Each has a little different take on things at times.
