Dear god is Brit hume an idiot. His moronic assertion that California is more dangerous for soldiers then Iraq couldn't be any dumber. It's very simple. How many US Soldiers, not just anyone, but US Soldiers, are killed every day in California. Now, how many US Soldiers are killed in Iraq per day. See how stupid his argument is. You can't compare the daily death of Soldiers who number 130,000 in Iraq, to the daily death of civilians who number millions in California. Besides if Iraq is so safe how come Brit isn't over there risking his life with our brave soldiers. I will tell you why, because just like the slutty Ann Coulter, Brit Hume is a coward and a republican "Butt Monkey", that's why.

I remember when he was WH correspondent for ABC. Even then his reportage was slanted. He always adds "unafraid" to "fair and balanced", indicating he's actually one crazy scared sonofabitch.

There are certainly smart conservative commentators out there. I'd cite David Brooks as an example. But, because he is thoughtful and intelligent, Brooks will sometimes point out that a Democrat has a good idea, or that Bush is wrong on an issue, and so he is anathema to most of his fellow conservatives.
