Chris Matthews proves his incompetence once again on Iraq.
Once again the fat, cowardly Chris Matthews proved his ignorance on Iraq, last night on Hardball. Matthews kept questioning how the congress and senate could be surprised about how much money was asked for by the President. He was basically saying Democrats have no cause to critisize the President's money request, since most of them voted for the war in Iraq. Well Chris, once again you have proven your incompetence. NO ONE could have guessed that after requesting 67 billion dollars, that the President would request an additional 87 billion. That is why all the experts were shocked at the number. If even experts were caught off guard by the request for 87 billion, how could Democrates who voted for the war have known how expensive it would be. Yes they knew it would cost Billions, but not over 100 billion. Actually Chris Matthews didn't know how much it would cost either, so hw has no room to critisize Democrats for not knowing. Matthews is a pussy and a Republican ass-licker. He has yet to mention the fact that tommorrow is the 2nd year anniversary of the horror of 9/11, and this administration has STILL not captured or killed Osama "Bitch" Laden. Matthews is a moron and a coward pure and simple.

1. well...
At 11pm ET, it is him or Bill "SHUT UP NOW" O'Reilly. Try Matthews in book form. He's much more tolerable. His newspaper column is also quite good.

"You agreed with him once. Now you can never ever criticize him again no matter what he does."

3. BushCo went to EVERY length to avoid estimating the cost of the war
...you can go back to the pre-election "debates" in Congress about it. They would not even offer an order of magnitude number. Because they knew it was so big as to be a non-starter.

This is all off the top of my pointy little head - if I can find a link I'll add it...
