This two-part, fictionalized history of the rise and rule of Tony Blair is airing tonight on the French-German public network ARTE. It's *very* critical of New Labour.
I understand it aired in the UK in last November. How was it received in the UK? Do any of you in Jolly Old think it may be linked to the latest flare-ups between 10 Downing and the Beeb? It's certainly not the Shrub 9/11 "docudrama," that's for sure!
(I missed most of the intro segment. ARTE has guests from France and the UK on to comment on the program after the second segment. If they have anything pertinent to say and I can stay awake, I'll post it.)
