if they are violating the law, by not operating in the public interest, they should not have their license renewed. Lying and distorting the news is definitely NOT in the public interest.

3. Individual Pox stations can be challenged.

A broadcast license applies only to broadcast media, which lease the public's airwaves (yes, we own 'em) in return for serving the public interest.

When licenses come up for renewal, that's the time to start petitions to get licenses revoked. Sinclair stations are prime targets because of their shameful record of bias toward the GOP and neglect of real news.

Right wing hate radio, especially stations that carry Savage and other foamers, is also ripe for targeting, again by petition.

Demanding balance on OUR airwaves is not censorship. Attacking stations that offer only bias and propaganda with no opposing viewpoint is essential.

It's one way we can take the media back from the fascist propaganda machine.

they are not licensed by the FCC. FCC has no jurisdiction over cable.

It's only channels that are broadcast through the air like your local ABC, CBS, etc channels.
