Did the NY Times ever fess up about that ad that didn't run?
I wish I could remember all the details, but the story as I remember it is that an opposition group (MoveOn?) wanted to place a full page ad on Januray 20, coronation day. The Times had received the check, approved the ad copy, and everything was set to go. And then on the day, the ad had mysteriously vanished, and nobody seemed to know why.

According to people who should know, this had never happened before, the New York Times had always honored its contracts.

Has anybody heard any followup?
