B&P just had an EXCELLENT segment with Joe DiGenova, right wing legal flack, about the CIA leak. Turns out DiGenova's wife, Victoria Toensig (equally noted right wing legal flack), wrote the law making it criminal to expose an agent while working for Sen. Barry Goldwater. So, Toensig & DiGenova know the law. DiGenova explained what the law says about what is criminal, what the intent must be, etc.

As they went to break, their tease read: CIA OPERATIVE LEAK: KARL ROVE UNDER FIRE? under a picture of Karl that looked pretty smarmy. (Easy to do, of course).

They are coming back to reporter who broke story on Rove being fired by Poppy. Tune in!

1. Novakula a lying bastard...

I don't think that the CIA would have confirmed with novakula the name of Mrs. Wilson or any member of the CIA. If he called the CIA, let's hear the tapes of his call. The CIA would never have confirmed the names of either floor sweeper, file clerk, CIA agent and never a top security secret agent. Novakula is a traitor and is using his credentials to get away with treason.

The only person Novakula is protecting is little man bush.

I watched the segment and Buchanan would not shut up. He pulled the typical Repub garbage...talk loudly, question the sanity of the accuser, regurgitate the White House spin...
