C-span lets Republican lie to caller
Fred Upton (R-hypocrite) on this morning discussing his indecency legislation, a caller mentions Cheney's f-bomb, my email to Washington Journal...

Dear Washington Journal,

Your guest, Fred Upton, lied to a caller and to all listeners this morning.

The caller made a good point about Dick Cheney's vulgarity to Patrick Leahy, and Upton claimed that Cheney regretted his remark.

In fact, Cheney refused to apologize, instead said it made him feel better.

I think your callers deserve better than to have their concerns brushed off in such a dishonest manner.

C-span should first correct the record, then apologize to that caller and to all listeners, and finally should not invite Sen. Upton on your program until he apologizes.

1. Yeah, I heard that response from that guy.
He's just sugar coating what Cheney said but what do you expect, he's a republican.

I am glad that caller brought that up, by the way.
