Check Out my New Website on Cable News Bias

Well folks I finally got a new website online, it's called www.cablenewslies.com and it is all about the corporate/conservative bias at the cable news networks.

www.cablenewslies.com

It is still a work in progress so remember that when you take a look at it. I sort of did a rush job on it to get it online as fast as possible. I will tweak it and update things as I get time.

I am also looking for link trades from people with progressive websites, so just mail me at cablenewslies@yahoo.com

I need some traffic and link trades, so check it out, bookmark it, and come back often. I hope to one day make it the place to get all the news on cable bias in one place.

P.S. If a few of you guys could give this thread a kick once in a while so people can see it I would appreciate it greatly.

7. Kerry.......

If people send me examples of media bias I will add them to the site. You can also post them yourself in the forums.

5. nice job, stewart
What I would like to see is a place where daily examples of bias could be posted. It would be nice to have it under the three outlets you've emphasized, CNN, MSNBC and Fox. Kind of like a running daily report of what they're doing, how they're slanting the news.

It would be interesting to see reports from viewers posted. It would show that people are pretty sharp--well, some people, anyway--at picking up their bias and that they're certainly not fooloing us.

I don't watch cable news anymore but I might watch just so I could contribute a story or two.

6. I Have That.........

NJCher,

I have the forum set up for the exact thing you asked for. I have a general discussion forum, a media bias forum, and forums for CNN, MSNBC, and FOX.

People can post daily examples of media bias for each network in a specific forum. I am also planning to add a haloscan comments link to some of the postings on the front page.

And I may add the comments link to postings on the three main pages for CNN, MSNBC, and FOX. But I think the forum is the best place for the daily examples of cable media bias. The website will mainly be for big stories and used as sort of an archive of media bias.

I was hoping people would sign up for the forums and post daily examples of cable news bias. That is why I set it up with a forum for each network.

8. that's terrific!
I have to steel myself to watch it (cable news) but when I get nausea tolerance back up, I'll be by with postings. In the meantime, however, I'll be reading.
