1. It could be taken two ways . . .

Considering that the major problem with the flooding is vast amounts of raw sewage which are now flowing around NO, this may be a commentary on that.

When waters from Lake Ponchartrain flood into NO and cause huge amounts of damage to sewage systems, etc. that result in the above scenario, it's not exactly an inaccurate drawing.

I'm not sure if that's what he meant, but that's my first take on it.

2. Bok constantly takes the low road

A couple of his best I've encountered along the way were:

A man waiting in line at the security screeners in the airport, checking his watch (disgustedly) as the guy in front of him is sent through the X-ray. This was after Clinton tightened security after the 1996 airliner blew up and the Olympic bombing.

A "Middle Eastern Terrorist" on a tugboat lobbing a classic lit bomb at the Statue of Liberty, shouting "Get a veil, infidel!" - right after the first World Trade Center bombing.

His anti-Dem ones are never vague, but any that could be construed as anti-Bush are "nuanced" to the point that Bush really gets off easy, and it's the "perceivers" who are hit . . .
