5. Poorly written headline. It should read: Karl Rove to finally join FOX News in official capacity
They've already been working together for years unofficially after all.

18. But here comes the big payday for Rove
Can we please get some kind of cooling off period for folks in the executive branch, just like there is in Congress? Why is it bad for a Senator to become a lobbyist, but OK for a Karl Rove type to become a right wing propagandist? Which he already was in the public sector, but you get the idea.

6. I think they got it backward.
Fox News to officially say that they are a department of Karl Rove.

10. I read it as a friendly takeover
or reach-around, whatever.

Something like--
Fox-mart, a fully owned subsidiary of RoveCo entertainment,
aquired thier parent company today in a friendly takeover involving cash,
blackwater strippers, and lube.

7. Wow...
the next thing wi'll find out is that FOX news has some kind of bias towards the republican party, it's almost as bad as if someone who used to work at FOX suddenly became bush's press secretary or some....Hey wait a minute! :)

11. Why would anyone hire the "architect" of a failed administration?
The would be kind of like hiring Bush* to run your oil company.

Oh, wait..

19. "failed administration" - i don't think so. Bush did exactly what the PNAC wanted.
.
.
.

Took the lowly taxpayers money and put it in the WarMachine and other high-rolling elites pockets.

Trillions diverted from health care, housing, environment and education programs to the WarMachine and the industries that feed it.

"Mission Accomplished"

22. That goes without saying. That's why I didn't say it.
By any measure, from anyone not part of BushCo the Bush administration is a massive failure.

21. It is only failed in the eyes of it's billions of victims.
Cheney has made eight fold on his Haliburton stock alone and the legislation that has been passed has lubricated the process of corporate looting tremendously. It would take generations to undo what they have done and now they will be able to blame it on "progressives". http://www.alternet.org/waroniraq/75646/

25. Karl Rove....A guy you want to have a beer with...
Soccer Moms and Nascar dads all say what a "Great Guy" Karl Rove is. He devistated their home equity, he shipped their jobs to China, he raised health care so they cant even afford it if their kids get sick, he raised their property taxes to the stratosphere, he raised Milk to over $5 a gallon and he blew the price of gas thru the roof so it costs $100 to fill their SUV.. yet... yet... he is a GOOD GUY.. they will continue to watch FOX NEWS and they will vote REPUBLICAN . Ya, that makes sense, huh? I give up... there's nothing more to say.
