Five media related things the Democrats should do when they retake the executive branch:
Edited on Sun May-04-08 08:04 AM by Hokie
1. Roll back the rules that allowed for the media takeover by a few large corporations.
2. Bring back and enforce the Fairness Doctrine.
3. Don't have a short memory. Are you listening Charles Gibson and George Stephanopoulous?
4. Don't let the corporate media continue to frame the issues.
5. Force the media to allow free time for all legitimate candidates as a prerequisite to holding on to their government sponsored monopoly of the airwaves. The media should not be enriched by our electoral process.

Feel free to add to the list.
