Tucker Carlson to host PBS show
Never thought I'd see those two entities in the same sentence. At least, however, PBS had the decency to hire a right-winger who will refute his own arguments with his utter senselessness.

1. Well, that settles it.
We won't be donating to PBS this year. Instead, they'll get a little letter stating why we aren't donating. I'd watch cable news if I want to see mental midgets such as Tucker Carlson, I expect something different from PBS.

4. Me too. I’m done.
Me too. I’m done. They have been going downhill so fast it's hard to keep up. It’s bad enough that you have to spend a weekend being bored to death with their gushing over that crap about Blenko(?) Glass (truly ugly) for hours! during their fundraising, with every Saturday night turned over to the most boring of British television. But now, to have this nutcase on board, it’s just too much!

Put on an old movie instead of Tucker. You'd get more viewers, and maybe keep your contributors.

3. Well, we know what to do now, don't we?
Spread the word and let PBS know how we feel.

5. Tucker's not that bad.
After reading his book, "Politicians, Partisans and Parasites" I gained a little respect for Tucker Carlson. If PBS had to get a conservative, he's the man. In Carlson's book, he pokes fun at O'Reilly and proves that Jerry Fallwell is a bold-faced liar. He also makes a complete ass out of Dick Morris. This is good quality stuff you wouldn't expect from a conservative.

6. Why should that shock people?
Consider the shows that they have and the major sponsors.
