I swore off watching that nonsense years ago but I might just tune in tomorrow to see that Cokie and the George's, Brokaw and Broder have come up with/been told in the last 48 hours.

I would expect some (to be polite) mention of Obama's historic speech Thursday night --of course with equal time given to the RNC spin on it

THEN they have to figure out what to say about Palin

Cokie is going to tell us if she does in fact know that ALASKA is a state.

Oh man to have the tolerance to meds developed all these years are going to really pay off when they all have to try to keep a straight face on this one.

2. I think Cokie does know a bit about Alaska.

Her father, Congressman Hale Boggs (D-LA - believe it or not) died in a plane crash there in the '70s, along with Nick Begich (D-AK), whose son Mark is now the mayor of Anchorage. The wreck and the bodies were never found.

It's hard to believe she's the daughter of a Democratic congressman.
