Why hasn't the MSM questioned Palin's patriotism in light of her participation in AIP conventions?
Edited on Sun Oct-12-08 03:47 PM by clear eye
A careful Google search for Palin and the AIP conventions shows misleading MSM debunking of Sarah Palin's membership in AIP (implying that any appearance of a connection w/the AIP was a result of confusion caused by her husband's membership) omitting that she attended three of their conventions--1994, 2000, and 2006--giving the keynote speech in 2006 and sending a short welcoming speech video that opened their 2008 convention, the last while she was the Republican Governor. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/robert-f-kennedy-jr/alaskan-independence-part_b_133261.html

Videos of her two speeches to the AIP conventions are viewable at multiple locations on YouTube. Could it be that the Obama campaign's timidity regarding appropriate framing of participation in secessionist party activities has allowed the MSM to minimize their significance? Or are other reasons more important?

5. Teh Media is getting bruised knees going down for the Republican party.
Liked Robert Kennedy's post to Huffington Post.

"So when Palin accuses Barack of "not seeing the same America as you and me," maybe she is referring to an America without Alaska. In any case, isn't it time the media start giving equal time to Palin's buddy list of anti-American bombers and other radical associates?"

Don't hold your breath the Corporate media is too busy grovelling for the Fascists.
