1. I agree. We're never going to win the 'pukes over with love

and kindness. Their failed policies have been repudiated by the American people. It's time, also, for a new majority leader in the Senate. Senator Reid is a ball-less wonder who couldn't stand up to a wet noodle.

the filibuster is not in the Constitution, and its use is against the clear intent of the Constitution, that legislation should pass in the Senate by majority vote. Pushing that requirement up to a 60% supermajority is an unlawful modification of our form of government.
