We'll get rid of PropH8 one way or another. The tide has turned. They can't hold off justice much longer.

It was some sort of a hoax and it bit Randi in the ass.

There was a post about it earlier.

I very seriously doubt that the court is ever going to overturn this proposition.

The best move for those who want it overturned is to hit the bricks, get some signatures and get it back on the ballot ASAP. Don't depend on the courts.
