Dr. Tiller was an ob-gyn who also performed abortions. For you to refer to him as "abortionist" is offensive.

It's awkward to put "provider of women's health services" in something like that.

They also teach you never to use five words when you can use one. And in this case, using one cuts down to the bone of why the man was controversial, sadly.
