How about let's charge YOU with it? Drag you through a trial and everything. Then, when you're found innocent anyway, people can "flog" you with the fact that you were "charged with it" - for the rest of your life (and after your death). I'm SURE we could find something unusual or 'odd' about how YOU live and figure out a way to "CHARGE" you with a crime in light of it.
Hell, anything'll do -- if we want to get your money to hush it up (lest we continue to ruin your life and career with those "charges"), won't it? It's called "extortion". Look it up.
And yea, you have a right to your own opinion on the matter. But don't go round thinking you're going to change anyone else's. I don't expect yours will change just because I wrote this post. People who loved him will continue. People who hated him will continue. People like me who are just incredibly sad about him, always have been and are more so now, will continue.
Best thing is probably not to read each other's posts on the matter, IF it can be determined beforehand what type of post it is (love him/hate him). Yours, I couldn't tell. So, I opened and read it. Had it been clear it was a 'I hate MJ' post, I'd not have bothered opening it. But since I did, I'll say my piece and step out.
You may continue with your flogging of a dead cultural icon for something that many contend he didn't do *and* that he was proven innocent of in a jury trial. I won't read any more of it in this thread (or anywhere else if I can determine that's what type of post/write-up it is beforehand).
Have a nice "I hate MJ" day.
