usually, that refers to an office-holder who is in their last term of office ... Alaska has a two-term limit ... (then they can run again after a period of time) ...

Caribou Barbie hasn't even completed her first term, and she's a "lame duck"??? Even if you refer to "lame duck" as someone who lost their re-election bid, SHE HASN'T FACED A SECOND ELECTION for Governor!!!

Is she trying to re-write history and convince people/the "liberal media" that she won a second term???
