The new graphics on MSNBC suck |
|
I didn't even know the dow went over 9000 today until I switched to CNN because you they don't prominently show the stock market information. The graphics I do not like as much as before either. That white band at the top is distracting and gets cut off if you are not a millionaire and don't have a plasma TV.
The new intro for hardball is total shit.
If I didn't know better, I'd say that network has been infiltrated by NewsCorp executives. Time to add some more people to the unemployment line.

2. I believe the new graphic are part of their new HD channel offering |
|
I don't get it in HD, but it would be a widescreen format and I'm sure if you got the entire HD effect it would look much better.

4. MSNBC HD has already launched |
|
Many channels have already launched in HD. The main problem is that channels on the SD side have not switched over to digital anamorphic widescreen yet. Leaving people with HDTVs but rather want the widescreen version of those channels without subscribing to the more expensive HD package have no choice but to pay through the nose.

5. Yeah, the graphics leave much to be desired. |
|
As for Hardball, the background music sounds like someone forgot to turn off the radio in the back of the room; it's distracting. Ironically, I have the teevee on because I can't get radio reception.
