Dear Fox "news" viewers:

FOX NEWS LIES

We all know Fox distorts and lies and chops soundbites to fit their agenda. And when their not distorting facts they resort to just making up some false news or state an extremely radical opinion just to feed fear to their mindless audience. Those clips from the Daily show show a very small example of how fox news lies on a daily basis, you all can now try and be more open-minded and enlightened to these distortions perpetuated by the radical political organization known as Fox. They are the one's really trying to destroy America.

FOX NEWS HIDDEN AGENDA

Is to destroy America by dividing us and perpetuating a civil war through use of media and radical political propaganda. Through their use of distorted facts and edited soundbites they have turned the media into a 24/7 attack on the minds and hearts of American civilians. Their objective is to make America one big reality show for the political couch potatoes just to appease their shareholders and ratings. Fortunately most American's are smart enough to see through their BS and form their own opinions. You unfortunately are not one of those Americans.

YOU SEE

By mixing in fake news and radical opinions with real news of the world is one of the simplest ways they accomplish their agenda. People see those views and opinions as fact when mixed in with actual news. The person likely will forget the opinion but remember key words or points, walking away with a negative view from a false radical opinion. Kind of like going on vacation, sometimes you don't remember every detail but you remember how it made you feel. We are creatures of stimulation and sensation.

FOX NEWS. WE DISTORT. YOU COMPLY.

Media can be the most dangerous tool. Repetition works. None of you can tell me every detail of Glenn Beck's or Sean Hannity's show yesterday, but you will remember negative keywords and radical opinions. Your mind is being enslaved by an extremely corporate biased media. Please note Fox news owner News Corp. controls 90% of the MSM (and is NOT owned by Americans). Your minds are already being enslaved. Wake up to the real New World Order, your false God, the media. Chances are, The revolution WILL be televised.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST

More than anything Fox news may be bad for your mental and physical state, how miserable it must be to be you all alone in your bed's at night, trying to go to sleep with nothing but thoughts of hatred and fear. Sounds similar to that other radical group...What's their name again? Hmmm, Oh yeah, Al Qaeda. Also note, Fox news went to court in 2003 for the 'right to lie and spread mis-information' and won the case. I would seriously question any "news" organization with those motives.

1. What you're saying is very silly, and just adds to the emnity.
People in this country are perfectly capable of seeing through media bias, on both sides. They're called grown ups, and they think for themselves. Many of them watch Fox, AND MSNBC, AND Public Television, AND CNN--and all the others, and make up their own minds. They read and get out and talk to real people, many of whom disagree, but who are grown ups, too, looking for real answers.

2. Have not seen too much bias on the left side of the political spectrum as far as the media goes.
But then, there are no networks or even stations for that matter NOT owned by repuke corporations.

And considering that the left does not outright lie like the pukes on Fuck Nuze, there is no equivalence here.

And what is the harm with emnity? The enemy is not interested in honest negotiations or reasoned debate.

6. in my experience, most FOX watchers do not think for themselves at all
they repeat the same things they hear on FOX. As for bias on both sides, when is the last time any network has given voice to far left the way FOX gives platforms to the far right? Did MSNBC (which despite having a small number of left-biased commentators is owned by a pretty conservative company - GE) bus people to the anti-war rallies the way FOX bused people to the 912 rallies? Does CNN tell people that Socialism is good and make anti-corporate rants 24/7?

Of course not. I'm sorry to tell you this, but anyone who believes that MSNBC or CNN are Leftist organizations has bought one of the bigger lies of Limbaugh and FOX, who used anti-media sentiment to create their own network, as well as to keep its viewers in the dark. You've seen studies which show that of all media watchers, regular FOX watchers tend to be woefully misinformed on many subjects from health care to the Iraq war, perhaps?

Public Television is also not Leftist. It's meant to be central and non-biased if anything, and I would say it largely is, sometimes showing bias both ways.

Hell, even organizations like the NY Times published pro-war and pro-Bush pieces. The media is corporate, won't buck their parent companies' or their advertisers' dollars/agendas, and are therefore anything but Leftist. GE, who owns the allegedly leftist MSNBC boycotted Air America and gives 2/3 of it's political contributions to the GOP. How the hell is that considered Liberal by any sense of the imagination.

I'm sorry to be the one to tell you this, but I think you are misinformed.

Welcome to DU. I hope you stick around long enough to learn something. I'm not trying to be a dick, but this is a subject which pisses me off because it's so important. The media drives public opinion far more than you let on, as evidenced by the ramp up to the invasion of Iraq and many other issues, like the health care reform - despite the majority of Americans wanting massive reform, the media pushed the controversy and played it as if it's unpopular.

5. Grammar Police here!
Their/they're.
Many random useless apostrophes.

Also - "Please note Fox news owner News Corp. controls 90% of the MSM."
Sounds like a totally made up number.

I mention this because it speaks to your credibility.
In other words - you have none.
Trust me, I'm the biggest Fox News basher that my large circle of friends knows.
And much of what you say here is spot on. (not all of it)
But what you write reads like childishness and bullshit.
Which does not help your case, and will make those you are trying to convince defensive.
You pretty much are preaching to the choir here, however, if you want to reach the people who really ARE being brutally propagandized by Fox, this ain't gonna do it.
And, you might want to start by at least APPEARING to know what you are talking about, and that begins with proper grammar and punctuation...

9. Sorry, but....
>>>Please note Fox news owner News Corp. controls 90% of the MSM (and is NOT owned by Americans)>>>

Your claim is absurd and destroys your credibility. News Corp does NOT control ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, The New York Times, The Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, USA Today or most of the rest of the MSM. And (sorry to say) Rupert Murdoch, who owns News Corp, is a naturalized U.S. Citizen.
