Liberal Media accusations have been around for eternity, yet ask them

-- how many GOP presidents have we had since WWII?
-- how strong are our unions?
-- how anti-war is our foreign policy?
-- how closely regulated are our capital markets? etc...etc...

If Media is Politically liberal, and actively promoting a liberal agenda, I guess they aren't doing that great of a job and people should stop complaining shouldnt they?

Obviously complaining about a liberal media has to do with entertainment media (Hi Fox Entertainment and Movies) and as an excuse to ignore hard news in favor of tabloid news.

4. The FCC should change it's requirements for a broadcast

license. They must make sure that the news broadcast is true, and it must not be tabloid and entertainment news. They should have to be a separate license for that and only a certain percentage of the broadcast could be entertainment and tabloid or they will be fined. that would be all it takes to kick Fox off the air...and maybe even CNN

6. Just Look At Radio

I suppose "listen to" is more appropriate. The conservative to liberal radio station ratio is about 10:1. That's why Limpballs is making millions, and Air America went belly up. In a sense, we get the radio we deserve. Stupid people eat that shit up, and I believe that well over half our country could reasonably be classified as stupid. The consequences of prioritizing wars, tax cuts for the rich, and corporate subsidies over public education.

7. True that, but AAR also had Danny Goldberg to blame

for their downfall...axing good talent and literally ruining things, then later we get some revisionist history from the guy.
It could have been such a huge success (and did have such a promising start.)

9. Dinasaur media

I think really the term liberal media applies more appropriately to media relics i.e. abc, cbs, nbc and various print media.... And it does tilt left.... but accounts for fewer and fewer viewers/readers.

These days, people watch/read the media source they CHOOSE... by and large.

If you're conservative you go to Fox. If you're liberal you go to MSNBC. If you wear dentures you watch CNN =D

11. My response whenever I hear it....

To conservatives, the liberal media is the "mainstream media" or "Lamestream media" durr hurr Sarah Palin. When they point to that its as if to say "only liberal biased media is heard". I always point out that right wing talk is #1 on the radio and Fox News is #1 on TV. THEY ARE THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA! I then point out what do they care what the other media outlets report as they would never tune in to those sources anyway!
