1. Yep, I'm foregoing the jump to an expanded cable package

now that I have my Roku box. It's good to only have to pay about $20 for the basic channels in my area. I already have three PBS stations, and they're my Food Network, History Channel, Discovery, and A&E. Roku fills in the rest for me.

2. Took the cable box back to them yesterday & got $65. @ month back into my budget.

I was already subscribing to Netflix.

Very pleased by the quality of some of the free stuff on Roku, especially the National Geographic stuff.

I'm GLAD I can get Rachel, but I want Lawrence O'Donnell & Thom Hartmann too. I can get them on my computer, but will investigate further, maybe they're available through HuluGold?
