CBS ran a profile of Tea Party first-term Reps from South Carolina. What about the Progressives?

On today's CBS Evening News (anchored by Bob Schieffer, substituting for the regular Scott Pelley), Jan Crawford profiled Tea Party-backed Representatives from South Carolina - Mick Mulvaney, Trey Gowdy, Jeff Duncan, and Tim Scott - in "." Uncritically, Crawford let the four representatives mouth off their POVs that were even further right than Boehner's and even showed a brief clip of them praying before a House session. And we're supposed to believe that CBS and other corporate media outfits have a liberal bias. When will people like Bernie Sanders or John Conyers get such deep fawning coverage? It's only fair if CBS would also profile progressives in the House. I posted on DU statements by Conyers advocating protests in Washington in response to the ineptness of Obama et al. That article was from an INDEPENDENT news source...ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN would give hours and hours of coverage to Obama, Boehner, and Reid and the Tea Party's hollering while ignoring progressive Congress members' initiatives like the Conyers press conference I mentioned before as well as "The People's Budget."
