7. Gloria, what browser are you using

the one you're using now is not configured to recognize a .wmv file as a video file and to therefore either offer to download it, or open the file in an application that will play the video clip.

If you're using Windows and not using IE, the easiest thing to do is just open the link in IE. IE will know what to do. If you're using something else, try right clicking and then clicking save to where ever you want.

I had that problem when I used Media Player 9 with Longhorn or XP with SP2.

Download the video to your harddrive first, and then play It.
It should work, It did for me.
