3. I don't get it
Why would anybody vote no? I can only think of two possibilities, either they don't want to know the truth or they are afraid the truth will be damning. Are there really people out there among the populace thinking "Don't let her testify so that we can protect this administration"? I can see it coming from insiders, but from the population at large, I just don't get it. Are these people robots or what?

6. It's a classic dilemma
If she tells the truth, she is being "disloyal" (albeit by Bush administration definition) to His Chimperial Highness.

If she lies, she risks jail time for perjury at some point in the future.

That's why NeoCondi isn't testifying.
