THE LIBERAL DRUDGE: The Raw Story, newly-launched liberal alternative

I'm reposting this here b/c I think here is where it's most relevant.

Two Oberlin College graduates (myself and a friend) have finally taken on Matt Drudge in a major way. The Raw Story, http://www.rawstory.com is their rebuttal to Drudge's decade of lies, slander and otherwise unsavory 'journalism.'

Unlike Drudge, the layout is clean and appealing, and the stories are updated more frequently. It's a great locus for progressive reporting, and also features daily exclusive content, culling and composing stories from around the world.

It's finally time that someone take on Drudge, and the site does a good job of it. Check us out and judge for yourself. If you'd like to write or get involved, email [e-mail].

Also, we reference Drudge not because we want to bring him publicity (God, no), but it's a way for people to understand what we're doing, since there are few well-known sites that use the linking to other stories format.
