Is this new? Headline News refers to "alleged" WMD
I rarely watch television "news"; I dropped them with disgust during last year's invasion of Iraq from my radar. But, I heard some anchor just refer to the WMD as "alleged". Is this progress?

1. It is at least as close to progress...
...as we have seen in some time. Prehaps it is a sign of things to come.

I have been watching Dennis Miller and surprisingly I noticed that his smirk is getting worse and worse > I am kind of masochistic

9. In addition to "alleged president", I sometimes use:
Governor Bush.

5. by the way we might have a case (class action) against the bros cast
media, I reviewed the regulation and they are not complying with set standards and the public interest

it might be at less a way to draw attention on their bias and anti journalistic stands

what is your take

6. this could be another part of the "SPIN"
Remember, this administration is busy rewriting history. Now they deny the massive mind game put out prior to the Iraq invasion. Now they are denying that we "went to war over WMDs, we never said "imminent threat", on and on ad nauseum. So now the fall in line media starts using the word "alleged WMD's".

the wmds have always been alleged.
we never said anything about wmd's. It was all about freeing Iraqi's.
we have always been at war with Eastasia.
war is peace
freedom is slavery
ignorance is strength

8. If it wasn't actually happening
I wouldn't belieive it was possible. We are living in Orwell's 1984. I just dont love big brother.
