Letter to Roger Ebert demonstrates media failure
It's not this poor sad ignorant freeper's fault he's so ignorant, it's Jennings, Brokaw and Rather's fault for not showing this tape every time they talk about Sept. 11. Why on earth would they not show what Bush was doing at this ridiculously historic moment? It's on fucking tape!

Does Michael Moore have to do EVERYTHING for them?

Q. In your article about "Fahrenheit 9/11" at Cannes, you quote Michael Moore's film that, when informed of the second attack on the World Trade Center, President Bush "incredibly remained with the students for another seven minutes, reading from the book, until a staff member suggested that he leave. The look on his face as he reads the book, knowing what he knows, is disquieting." Apparently you believe this version of events. Does Moore identify a source? Or is his word good enough for you? If that is the case given that "Bowling for Columbine" was riddled with half-truths and lies that even he corrected on the DVD, why would you assume this movie to be fact?

A. Bra Grier of Omaha writes: "Here's the video of Bush in the classroom for five minutes after being told 'America is under attack.' Unfortunately, the video ends before the president does."

1. Huh? Oh really? He just sat there?
Well, still don't make no difference. He's the greatest president ever and a Godly man! What did you expect him to do, jump up and scare all those children? For God's sake, think of the children!

2. lol, "scare the children"
I can't believe they actually say that's the reason, as if there's no way Bush could calmly stand up and excuse himself without the kids freaking.

3. If We Are Under Attack, Staying There ENDANGERS the Children!!!
The pResident's whereabouts was public knowledge.

HOW did he know that he, and the school full of children, was not a target???

What the administration is asking us to believe just doesn't make any sense!

If this was really a surprise attack by terrorists:

He should have been rushed out of there immediately.
Have the TV crews film AF1 taking off so the bad guys know their quarry has flown.
Hopefully then any airliner targetting Bush* would not crash into the school.

And evacuate the fucking school just in case they attack it anyway!
Don't worry about frightening the children! Worry about getting them all KILLED!
