It never fails to amaze me how politicians rush to cut budgets that help the weakest among us. Like any bully, these cowards pick on those who have the least ability to fight back.

Here's the cretin that haunts all political bodies. He wants to slash the budget, but only for those that don't vote or, more importantly don't send him any money. Too poor to be a player? Here's your latest nightmare.
